REFUND POLICY

The Company does not accept returns or refund requests on any products 14 days after the order is received from PeggasusPets.com (“Site”).

Company does not warrant or guarantee that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Please note that all pictures shown on PeggasusPets.com are for illustration purposes only and actual products will vary due to product change and/or products being out of stock. Brands shown will not be the actual brands shipped. The final product received being different from the product image on our website is not a reason we will accept a return nor provide a refund.

Order Cancellation & Modification

You acknowledge and agree that you cannot modify and/or change your order information once an order is placed. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information when purchasing product(s) on our site. We will not cancel, change or modify any order details after you place an order with our site. If you placed the wrong information upon completing an order, it is in the site’s sole discretion on whether the site will modify your order. If any information on your order is inaccurate, the site urges you to place a new order with the correct information.

Product Defective Refund

If a product offered on the Company Site arrives defective, you may return the item for a replacement, as specified in our Terms of Service. To request a replacement, buyers are requested to provide photographic/video evidence of the product’s deviation from the Terms of Service to support@PeggasusPets.com. Requests for a replacement must be sent within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement.

The following information is needed as evidence for us to process your refund request within 14 days of product delivery. If this information is provided without a prior purchase, the return will not be processed:

Once your return is received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your item is deemed damaged, we will send out an identical replacement item within 7 business days.

To return your product, please send us an email at support@PeggasusPets.com, and we are more than happy to guide you through the return process! Please be reminded that you will be responsible for all packaging and shipping costs. Please take note that items returned without a trackable shipping method will not be processed since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
